• Remove following folders after applying system removal file.
• C:\Users\<user name>\.atom folder (settings, packages...).
• C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\atom (application itself)
• C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\Atom folder (for cache?)
